Grow Materials LLC is a plastics recycling company based in the United States with operations in Providence, Rhode Island (USA) and in India. We supply high-performance engineering regrinds, pellets, and compounds using recycled streams from US manufacturers. Our team is made up of experienced plastics engineers and industry professionals who work with our customers on an individual basis to provide cost effective and optimized material solutions on a consistent basis. Our team has over 50+ years of experience in the plastic industry. Naresh Mehta is an experienced plastics engineer who has been in the plastics industry for 30+ years. Naresh is responsible for product development, quality control, and providing technical support to our customers. Before starting Grow Materials, Naresh spent fourteen years at Cooley Group playing key roles in research and new product development, most recently as the Chief Technology Officer. Some of the key new products that Naresh developed at Cooley are the Wrap for the outside of the Olympic Stadium at the 2012 London Olympics, novel PVC and TPO roofing membranes, and a fully recyclable billboard media all of them representing multi-million dollar markets. Prior to joining Cooley, he spent many years starting and working in India at Texel Industries Limited where he was responsible for creating new products and executing expansion into international markets. Examples of products he created at Texel include a 7 Layer Pond liner Geo Membrane, a 5 layer pile foundation liner to contain cast-in-situ concrete, and a 5 layer membrane to enable faster drying of harvested peppercorn on farms. He took the company public in 1994 and led a major expansion. Nitin Mehta has many years of experience in the plastics industry in manufacturing, sales, and marketing. Nik is responsible for business development, manufacturing, and all of Grow's Asia operations. He is also the owner and CEO of Aum Impex, Grow's partner recycling facility in India. Prior to starting Grow and Aum Impex, Nitin founded and managed New Plastomers LTD for over 30 years where he was a distributor of virgin raw materials for DuPont and Bayer Life Sciences. In 1985, New Plastomers also began manufacturing high quality, cost effective LDPE garbage bags for export to Europe.In total, we have over 50 years of industry experience and are a dynamic, organized, and passionate team. We pride ourselves on customer service and walking the customer through product acquisition to implementation. We are based out of Rhode Island, but we conduct business all around the world.
